Justin and Maureen meets in the bathrrom, and outside, Scott, and Roxy meet. That's when Maureen and Justin comes out of the bathroom. Scott and Roxy asks their partners, ""who is that?"" Abby/Charlie, Molly/Lucas written by Katy Ballard, directed by Tim Andrew Lucas reveals that he wanted to just fool around because he is stuck on Kimmy (Episode 605, Michael's ex, etc.).
